Why I Created the Elevation Hub
I created the Elevation Hub because I know what it feels like to be capable and still feel behind.
I know what it feels like to be educated and still feel unseen.
I know what it feels like to move to a new country and realize that hard work on its own isn't enough.
Every elevation in my journey came from a shift in identity, behavior, and presence.
I didn't wake up with executive presence. I had to build it.
I didn't always feel confident in rooms. I had to learn how to hold my voice.
I didn't always understand how to navigate new systems. I had to observe, adjust, and reframe my story.
