Who I Am
I am an enterprise transformation strategist who has spent over 15 years inside some of the world's most demanding organizations — McKinsey & Company, NVIDIA, Nike, JPMorgan Chase, and Kohler — leading programs that reshape how institutions operate, compete, and grow.
But my work has never been only about systems. It has always been about people — specifically, about what becomes possible when talented professionals are seen, positioned, and empowered to lead at the level they were built for.
As an Executive Leadership Coach, I work with senior leaders and high-performing professionals to close the gap between where they are and the leader they were built to become.
That conviction is the throughline connecting everything I do: the boardrooms, the keynote stages, and the community I've spent years building.

How I Work
I partner with organizations to design and deliver large-scale transformation — digital, operational, and cultural. My approach is Agile, human-centered, and results-driven. I've led programs across Fortune 500 environments that move fast, cut through ambiguity, and stick.
For senior leaders navigating transitions, building authority, or expanding their sphere of influence — I offer strategic counsel, executive coaching, and leadership development training rooted in 15+ years at the highest levels of organizational change. Whether working one-on-one with an executive or developing the leadership capacity of an entire team, my proprietary IPAS Framework is the foundation of this work.
I speak to corporations, universities, and professional communities on the future of talent, the economics of immigrant excellence, and the strategy behind building visible authority. My keynotes are designed to shift perspectives and move rooms.

Resilient Immigrant is the nonprofit platform I founded to change the narrative around immigrant professionals. Through storytelling, community programming, and recognition initiatives, we make the excellence of the immigrant community visible — because what gets seen, gets valued.
Along with editorial story segments and the inaugural Immigrant Excellence Awards, our work is building the institutional foundation for how immigrant talent is recognized, positioned, and empowered.
